FEMININITY. FREEDOM. EXPRESSION.
Atelier Gréna is built around a simple belief: clothing should adapt to people, not people to clothing!
I create expressive, feminine fashion beyond traditional expectations of gender, body and beauty. I do not design for an ideal person or an ideal way of dressing. I design pieces that leave room for individuality, transformation and self-expression.
The body is not designed for the garment.
The garment is designed for the body.

FREEDOM BEYOND NORMS
Femininity is an expression, not a category.
Atelier Gréna challenges traditional expectations surrounding gender, bodies and beauty. My designs embrace femininity without defining who is allowed to wear it.
Through adjustable constructions, draping and transformable silhouettes, I create garments that can adapt to different bodies and different ways of wearing them, rather than expecting the wearer to conform to the garment.

EXPRESSION OVER CONFORMITY
Clothing is a language. Make it your own.
I believe clothing should give you the freedom to express who you are, how you feel and how you want to be seen.
There is no correct way to dress, no single definition of beauty and no ideal worth conforming to. Atelier Gréna creates pieces that encourage individuality rather than prescribe it.

DIVERSITY, EQUALITY & QUEER VISIBILITY
Fashion should create space, not boundaries.
Atelier Gréna stands for equality, diversity, queer visibility and the freedom to exist beyond prescribed social and gender norms.
For me, diversity is not an aesthetic, a casting choice or a seasonal campaign. It is part of the perspective from which I design and the community we want to create.
Fashion can reinforce norms. I choose to question them.

CIRCULAR BY CONSTRUCTION. MADE TO REMAIN.
Designed for this life and whatever comes next.
I begin with what already exists. Atelier Gréna prioritizes deadstock, surplus and reclaimed textiles rather than commissioning new fashion fabrics specifically for our collections.
But circularity does not end with material sourcing. My pieces are designed with longevity, transformation and their future life in mind. Panel-based constructions allow materials to retain their value beyond a single design, while mono-material constructions are prioritized wherever technically possible to improve their potential for future reuse and recycling.
Produced deliberately and with an emphasis on craftsmanship and durability, our pieces are made to be worn, cared for, repaired, transformed and kept.
And when their first life eventually ends, they can return to Atelier Gréna to explore what comes next.
Make less. Make deliberately. Make it last.

TRANSPARENCY OVER PERFECTION
Every piece has a past. And a future.
I believe responsibility is not about pretending to be perfect. It is about understanding our decisions and being transparent about them.
For every Atelier Gréna piece, I communicate what I know about its material story, including its composition, sourcing, production, care and possibilities after use.
Whether a textile comes from deadstock suppliers, previous productions, another brand or material that might otherwise have gone unused, I want you to know where it came from and why I chose to use it.
Every piece is accompanied by its own material information, creating a traceable connection between the garment, its past and whatever comes next.
OUR PRINCIPLE
Design for people, not ideals.
Use what already exists.
Question norms instead of reproducing them.
Create with intention.
Make it last.
